We can help make it easier to send coins by post either by sending you a pre-addressed mailing envelope (like the one pictured), or by giving you a £1 rebate to help towards your postage costs. Please choose one option.
FREE mailing envelope
This offer is for a free padded mailing envelope only. Return postage is your responsibility. The envelope is made of a tough, lightweight and tear-resistant construction and is suitable for coin shipments weighing up to 2kg.
£1 rebate
As long as you send €15 or more in coins, we will add £1 to the amount we pay you for your coin shipment. For example, if the proceeds of your exchange comes to £20, we will pay you £20 + £1 rebate = £21. To obtain the rebate, you will need to enter a special promotional code on your Packing List.

Instructions for requesting your free envelope or promotional code:
- Complete the contact form on the right.
- Visit our Facebook page by clicking the blue button below. Then, at the top of our Facebook page, click the 'Like' button (the one with the thumbs up icon) next to 'Euro Coin Exchange (UK)'.
- As soon as we've received your request and your 'Like' has been registered on our Facebook page, we'll mail you an envelope or email you your £1 rebate promo code.
Terms and conditions
- You may select either a free envelope or the £1 rebate (i.e. not both).
- You will need to have a Facebook account to participate in either promotion.
- The £1 rebate only applies to shipments containing 15 euros or more in coins.
- This promotion is open to UK customers only.
