We offer you the choice of payment direct to your bank account (via BACS), via PayPal, or by cheque drawn upon a major UK bank. Payment by international wire transfer is available for larger shipments. Electronic payments are issued the same day, while cheques are mailed out the same or next business day depending upon the time your shipment is processed.

We respond promptly to all enquiries — you can reach us by phone (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). Outside of these hours, please leave a message or drop us an email and have it answered by the next business day. Your call or email will be answered by a real person in our office (not a distant call centre) with the ability and authority to answer your question or resolve your problem.

Helpful, timely communication
If you include your email address when you ship currency to us for exchange, as soon as your coins are processed we will send an email to you acknowledging that we have received your shipment, verifying its contents and confirming that your payment is on its way to you. If you only provide a mobile number, we will text you instead.

Respect for your privacy 
We will never rent, sell, or otherwise knowingly share your telephone number, mailing address or e-mail address (your "Personal Contact Information") with any third party unless we are required to do so by law or legal process. Your Personal Contact Information will only be used to confirm receipt of your shipment or despatch of your payment, to send a payment to you, to ask you a question or report a problem regarding your shipment, to answer a question asked by you, or for quality control, customer satisfaction and periodic marketing communications.
